We support you with your bank loan and with public funding programmes: with the paperwork, and with the question of which programmes may apply to your plans. Loans and funding are decided by the bank and the funding body.

We support the opening and your onboarding through to your first day of trading. Training in the system itself is provided by the system’s head office.

We introduce you to the systems that match your profile, among them Kaiser’s and Pinkberry, which we work with, and support your conversations with the system’s head office. We only pass your details on to a system once you have agreed to it. Whether you sign is up to you.

What does it cost me?
The first consultation, the advice and the choice of the right system are free of charge for you. That work is paid for by the franchisors on whose behalf we search for partners. That is why we introduce you to systems we work with, not a cross-section of the whole market. If you want the turnkey location, you pay for the shop, build-out and fit-out according to an individual quote, which you receive before anything is commissioned. The entry fee and ongoing fees are paid to the franchise system. Have the franchise agreement reviewed independently before you sign.
Do I have to have the shop built through you?
No. The turnkey location is an offer, not a condition. You can also use only the free advice on choosing a system.
Do you finance my location?
No. We support you with your bank loan and with funding programmes, for example with the paperwork and with the question of which programmes may apply to your plans. Loans and funding are decided by the bank and the funding body.
Am I committing to anything by sending the form?
No. First you receive a proposed time for a conversation. Whether you go any further after that is up to you.
Do you pass my details on to franchisors?
Only with your consent. In the form you agree in principle to us sharing your details with suitable systems. Before anything is shared, we discuss with you which specific system it is. Until then your details stay with us.
Do I need experience in the sector?
That depends on the system. Some require industry experience, others train the specialist side themselves. We tell you honestly which systems fit your background.
How much equity do I need?
That varies considerably from system to system. In the conversation we work out which systems fit your means. We only quote specific figures once they relate to a specific system and your situation.
How quickly can I start?
That depends on the system, your financing, the location and the scope of the build-out. You get a realistic estimate in the conversation, not before.
